As homebuilding around Los Angeles moves into a new era, JTD Architects will continue to have great impact on the design and resiliency of future residences all around Southern California. An already well established brand and architectural authority, the JTD Architects legacy can be told through thorough and compelling media that will also track progress, energize marketing campaigns, and document important stories of innovation, re-imagination, and rebuilding.
There are a few approaches to media projects in the coming year, broken down into chapters below. At any depth of coverage, the images/video will creatively celebrate the quality, style, and timeless nature of these consequential architecture projects. And theres also a chance for us feature the dedicated team of people behind their style and success…
With a shared artistic vision, deep appreciation for architecture and design, and strong connections to the Topanga community, Fadeout Media is uniquely suited to partner with JTD to produce both process and editorial media from start to finish. Hopefully there are multiple collaborations on the horizon…

There are some properties that may only need still photography of a single site visit, but some projects may need all or a mix of:
•still photos
•4k video
•4K drone coverage
•editing/post production
•design/architecture style media
•ongoing/documentary/editorial work of compelling sites and stories
We will ensure each site and client story gets the right amount of coverage and attention.

or with a retainer that secures ongoing coverage of (multiple) sites,
and ensures preferred rates and scheduling for site visits and interviews.
There are other opportunities for us to increase coverage and story depth listed below….
sort & repurpose legacy Media
The long history and artistry of JTD ARchitects has been captured in various formats and styles over the decades. It is likely that many of these images and videos could be great context and contrast for story-telling projects about company history and client experiences.
Ideally JTD and Fadeout Media can go over together which media can be repurposed alongside new media we create together.
This will also give the Fadeout Media extensive visual lessons about JTD style and history, that will no doubt have a positive effect on each project and reaching a shared vision.
This family documentary linked below from 2020 is a legacy documentary project created by Fadeout Media, to tell the family and company story of Stone Container Corp. Fadeout Media rented a helicopter and learned to fly a drone for this project. The client wanted to include literally everyone so it runs a little long, but it is a great example of how important legacy media can be to current editing and marketing projects, and historical storytelling. It was made just for the family and never released publicly but here is a Drive link to check it out!
documentary advertising films:
company legacy & home/client stories
Every parcel, neighborhood, homeowner, and builder, hAS a story we can feature, as do all the team members of JTD.
In addition to creating images of the designs & builds,
Fadeout media can capture and edit compelling stories of recovery and rebuilding that emerge from Natural disasters,
and that highlight the connection between homeowner and Architect.

head shots & portraits
of the team
The architectural/build/design images and story-telling videos are of course a high priority, but there are people on the scene and behind the scenes to be acknowledged and featured.
Approachable head shots and immersive environmental portraits will give potential clients a sense of calm and trust, and what it’s like to have this dedicated team making a dream home become reality.
Consistent lighting, quality, mood, and confidence, can help build trust even before the first exploratory design call…
